BLSFlow Subscription and Refund Policy
This Policy applies to seat purchases, package subscriptions, renewals, seat reductions, subscription cancellations, failed payments, seat releases, and refunds for BLSFlow.
1. Seat Types and Prices
BLSFlow seats include:
- Free seats: 2 seats by default for each account, with the same feature access as paid seats.
- Flexible-seat subscription: USD 2.50 per seat per month. One subscription may contain N seats.
- 10-seat package: USD 22.00 per month.
- 100-seat package: USD 199.00 per month.
- Referral reward seats: reward seats granted when referral conditions are met.
One activated server normally consumes 1 seat.
Seat packages are separate products. BLSFlow does not automatically split an order or select the lowest-priced combination for you. You should confirm the seat quantity, product type, price, and subscription cycle before purchase.
2. Payment Service Provider
BLSFlow currently uses Antom as its sole payment service provider. When you submit payment, payment processing, transaction risk control, payment authorization, recurring billing, and payment records may be handled by Antom under its own rules.
BLSFlow usually does not directly store full card numbers, payment account passwords, or payment credentials.
When you confirm the purchase of an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize BLSFlow and Antom to charge your selected payment method on each billing date for the then-applicable subscription price, seat quantity, and taxes, if any, until the subscription is cancelled or terminated.
3. Billing Cycle
BLSFlow does not bill by calendar month. Each subscription billing cycle starts when the purchase succeeds, and all billing dates and times are calculated in UTC. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription on September 2, 2026, the next billing date is normally October 2, 2026, as shown by the order page and Antom payment records.
The purchase date is the monthly billing anchor. If a later month does not have the corresponding date, the billing date for that month is the final calendar day of that month. Later months will continue to use the original purchase date as the billing anchor whenever possible.
Flexible-seat subscriptions or packages purchased on different dates create separate subscriptions and separate billing cycles.
4. Price Changes
BLSFlow may change subscription prices. For an existing subscription, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email, in-product notice, or billing-page notice. A new price applies to the first renewal occurring at least 30 days after the notice. New purchases are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect. BLSFlow does not provide historical price protection and does not automatically refund amounts already paid because of a later price reduction.
5. Additional Seats
Additional seats are not prorated into an existing billing cycle and are not merged into an existing subscription for partial-cycle billing. Each additional flexible-seat purchase creates a new, separate subscription at the price shown on the purchase page, and its billing cycle starts when that purchase succeeds.
6. Flexible-Seat Subscription
When you purchase N flexible seats in one transaction, a flexible-seat subscription with a quantity of N is created. You may reduce the quantity for the next billing cycle. If you need additional seats, a new separate subscription is created under Section 5.
When reducing seats, the product will notify you:
You are changing your flexible-seat subscription from N seats to M seats.
The seats already paid for in the current billing cycle remain available.
Starting from the next billing cycle, you will be charged based on M seats.Reducing seats does not create a refund or prorated refund for the current billing cycle. If the reduced seat quantity causes available seats to be fewer than activated servers, BLSFlow will automatically release the servers that have occupied seats for the longest time when the reduction takes effect.
7. Package Subscriptions
The 10-seat package and 100-seat package are package subscriptions. Package subscriptions cannot be reduced internally. You may cancel package renewal. After cancellation, the paid package remains available until the end of the current paid period and will not renew on the next billing date.
If you need fewer seats, you should cancel the package renewal and purchase a new flexible-seat subscription or another package as needed.
8. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription in the product. Cancellation means:
- The paid seats remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
- The subscription will not be charged on the next billing date.
- Cancellation does not create a refund or prorated refund for unused time in the current billing cycle.
These cancellation and no-refund rules do not affect any withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or other statutory right that mandatory applicable law grants to an individual consumer and does not permit to be excluded by contract.
If available seats become fewer than activated servers after a subscription ends, BLSFlow will automatically release the servers that have occupied seats for the longest time. The servers will not be deleted and the Agent will not be automatically uninstalled, but the servers may become inactive or restricted.
9. Failed Payment and 7-Day Grace Period
If automatic payment fails, the payment method becomes invalid, Antom rejects the transaction, or a subscription expires without renewal, BLSFlow may ask you to update the payment method or purchase seats again.
BLSFlow provides a 7-day failed-payment grace period beginning at the failed charge time on the original billing date and running continuously for 7 days in UTC. During the grace period, the related paid seats remain available for normal use, but you should complete payment or update the payment method as soon as possible.
If payment is restored during the grace period, the original subscription continues and its billing cycle and billing anchor remain based on the original renewal date, not the date on which the overdue payment is completed.
If payment is not restored after the grace period, the related paid seats will expire. If available seats become fewer than activated servers, BLSFlow will automatically release the servers that have occupied seats for the longest time until activated servers do not exceed available seats.
10. Seat Release Rule
When available seats are fewer than activated servers, BLSFlow releases the servers that have occupied seats for the longest time first.
"Occupied seats for the longest time" is determined by the time when a server was most recently activated and began continuously occupying a seat. The release result will be retained in the relevant seat or operation record.
Released servers:
- Are not automatically deleted
- Do not have the Agent automatically uninstalled
- May lose command execution, scheduling, monitoring, or full management features
- Can be reactivated after you restore enough available seats
11. No Refunds
BLSFlow subscription services are provided on a monthly basis. Except where required by applicable law, BLSFlow does not provide refunds, including but not limited to:
- Unused time after you cancel a subscription
- Current-cycle differences after you reduce flexible-seat quantity
- Unused purchased seats
- Failure to connect or activate servers after purchase
- Results caused by user configuration errors, command errors, server offline status, mining pool issues, wallet address errors, electricity cost changes, or third-party service failures
- No longer needing the service, misunderstanding product functionality, or forgetting to cancel a subscription
If there is a duplicate charge, clear erroneous charge, or successful payment without seat activation, contact jiangshuihk@gmail.com. We will review the order record, Antom payment record, and system provisioning record. If a payment or system error is confirmed, we will refund the duplicated or incorrectly collected amount or take another appropriate corrective action, such as provisioning the missing seats.
When you purchase seats and request immediate activation, you request that BLSFlow begin providing the service immediately after the purchase is completed. This request does not exclude consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
12. Taxes and Invoices
Prices are shown in USD and may not include taxes, fees, currency conversion charges, bank charges, or other costs applicable in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for tax reporting, withholding, compliance, and payment obligations related to your purchase and use of BLSFlow.
Any invoice or receipt issued by BLSFlow only reflects service fees paid to BLSFlow. It does not represent mining revenue, electricity bills, or third-party costs.
