BLSFlow Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BLSFlow. By creating an account, signing in, connecting a server, purchasing seats, or continuing to use BLSFlow, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Subscription and Refund Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any additional rules displayed in the product.
1. Service Description
BLSFlow is a SaaS platform for Web3 infrastructure and CPU server management. It provides server access, server lists, server details, command execution, command templates, task center, execution history, project configuration, project switching, scheduling, basic monitoring, alerts, energy statistics, cost analytics, seat subscriptions, and referral rewards.
BLSFlow provides server operations, monitoring, automation, and resource management tools only. BLSFlow does not custody virtual assets, hold private keys or seed phrases, operate a wallet, provide exchange services, provide investment advice, offer financial products, guarantee mining returns, or guarantee any server revenue.
You are solely responsible for your server operations, project configuration, wallet addresses, mining pool selection, electricity cost, tax obligations, compliance obligations, and business outcomes.
2. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate and complete account information and keep your credentials secure, including passwords, verification codes, Google sign-in authorization, API keys, access tokens, and server access tokens.
Actions performed through your account, including server access, seat activation, command execution, project switching, scheduling, subscription purchase, subscription cancellation, and referral activity, are deemed to be authorized by you unless proven otherwise.

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use BLSFlow on behalf of a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
BLSFlow also provides services to eligible individual consumers. These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or waive any mandatory rights that applicable law grants to individual consumers and does not permit to be excluded by contract.
3. Server Access and Authorization
You may only connect servers, BMCs, agents, networks, and infrastructure that you own, control, or are legally authorized to manage. You must not use BLSFlow for unauthorized devices, stolen devices, compromised systems, third-party servers, or resources that you do not have permission to control.
You understand that commands, command templates, project configuration, project switching, scheduling, and automation may affect server status, network connectivity, electricity cost, and business continuity. You are responsible for checking target servers, command content, execution scope, and operational impact before running any action.
4. Supported Systems
BLSFlow currently mainly supports Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 24.04. Other operating systems may fail to install the Agent, run monitoring, execute tasks, or switch projects. The actual supported systems are shown in the product.
5. Seats and Server Activation
Each account receives 2 free seats by default. Free and paid seats have the same feature access. Platform-wide restrictions resulting from maintenance, security, compliance, technical limitations, or service changes may affect both free and paid seats.
Connecting a server does not consume a seat. Activating a server consumes 1 seat and enables managed capabilities such as monitoring, task execution, project switching, and scheduling.
If your available seats become fewer than your activated servers due to subscription expiry, the end of a failed-payment grace period, cancellation, or another reason, BLSFlow will automatically release the servers that have occupied seats for the longest time until the quantities match. Releasing a seat does not delete the server or uninstall the Agent, but the server may lose managed capabilities until it is reactivated.
6. Pricing, Subscriptions, and Payments
BLSFlow prices are charged in USD. Current prices are:
- Flexible-seat subscription: USD 2.50 per seat per month
- 10-seat package: USD 22.00 per month
- 100-seat package: USD 199.00 per month
Billing cycles start when a purchase succeeds and are not based on calendar months. Each additional flexible-seat purchase or package purchase creates a separate subscription and billing cycle. All billing dates and times are calculated in UTC.
BLSFlow currently uses Antom as its sole payment service provider. Payment processing, recurring billing, transaction risk control, and payment records may be handled by Antom under its own rules.
When you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize BLSFlow and Antom to charge your selected payment method on each billing date for the then-applicable subscription price, quantity, and taxes, if any, until the subscription is cancelled or terminated.
BLSFlow may change subscription prices, but will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance by email, in-product notice, or billing-page notice. A new price will apply to the first renewal occurring at least 30 days after the notice. New purchases are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase. If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect. BLSFlow does not provide historical price protection.
Cancelling a subscription means that the subscription will not be charged on the next billing date. Cancellation does not immediately terminate the current paid period and does not create a refund or prorated refund for unused time in the current billing period. Details are set out in the Subscription and Refund Policy.
7. User Commands and Configurations
You are responsible for all commands, scripts, command templates, project configurations, wallet addresses, mining pool addresses, node addresses, tags, notes, scheduling rules, and notification settings created or submitted through BLSFlow.
As between you and BLSFlow, you retain your rights in lawful data, commands, and configurations that you upload or create. You authorize BLSFlow to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, exchange passwords, payment passwords, unencrypted credentials, or other highly sensitive information to BLSFlow.
BLSFlow may record command snapshots, task status, execution history, stdout, stderr, failure reasons, and operation logs for auditing, troubleshooting, security, notifications, and product functionality. Task logs and execution history are retained for 3 months by default, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, dispute, backup, or product reasons.
8. Energy, Cost, and Statistics
BLSFlow energy and cost features are calculated based on server power data, running time, online status, cluster electricity price settings, electricity price snapshots, and system statistics.
These statistics are for operational and cost decision-making only. They are not electricity company bills, tax records, accounting records, or payment notices. If power, runtime, electricity price, online status, or other required data is missing, the result may be incomplete or estimated.
9. Referral Rewards
BLSFlow may provide referral rewards. If a user invites a real new user and the invited user successfully connects a server that remains online for 72 hours, both users may receive 1 permanent reward seat, subject to system checks and abuse prevention rules.
Referral rewards must not be obtained through fake accounts, repeated accounts, duplicate devices, scripted signups, abnormal traffic, account trading, or any other abusive or fraudulent activity. BLSFlow may delay, reject, revoke, or adjust referral rewards where abuse, risk, or eligibility issues are detected.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use BLSFlow for unauthorized access, attacks, scanning, malware, trojans, botnets, spam, phishing, fraud, sanctions evasion, intellectual property infringement, cybersecurity abuse, interference with third-party services, or any unlawful activity.
If we reasonably believe that your use creates security, compliance, abuse, payment, risk-control, or legal risk, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, servers, tasks, APIs, webhooks, referral rewards, or subscriptions.
11. Third-Party Services
BLSFlow may use third-party services for login, payment, email, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, logs, customer support, analytics, and security. These may include Google sign-in, Antom payment services, self-hosted Matomo analytics, and cloud service providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting jiangshuihk@gmail.com or by using the in-product account deletion feature if available.
After identity verification and acceptance of the deletion request, BLSFlow will delete or anonymize your account and service data from active systems within 7 business days. Some limited records may be retained where required for payment disputes, legal obligations, tax or accounting records, security audits, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Data already written to backups before deletion will be isolated from ordinary business use and deleted or overwritten during the normal backup cycle, no later than 6 months after the deletion request, unless applicable law requires longer retention.
13. Service Changes and Availability
BLSFlow may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BLSFlow does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, access controls, rollback plans, and business continuity plans.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLSFlow does not guarantee mining revenue, hashrate revenue, project returns, electricity cost savings, server stability, third-party mining pools, third-party wallets, third-party payments, third-party cloud services, or any business outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLSFlow is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, data loss, business interruption, server damage, virtual asset loss, or third-party claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLSFlow’s total liability will not exceed the fees you paid to BLSFlow during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid any fees, BLSFlow’s total liability will not exceed USD 50. These exclusions and limits do not apply to liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited, and they do not affect mandatory statutory rights available to individual consumers.
15. Software Licence and Intellectual Property
BLSFlow and its software, interface, brands, documentation, platform templates, and related intellectual property are owned by the BLSFlow operator or the relevant rights holders. While you comply with these Terms and your subscription remains valid, BLSFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service only as designed. Unless permitted by law or by BLSFlow in writing, you must not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or circumvent the platform's security or access controls.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service, cancel subscriptions, or request account deletion at any time. BLSFlow may suspend or terminate relevant services if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, abuse the service, or continue to fail payment. Termination does not affect payment obligations, liabilities, disputes, or provisions that arose before termination or that should continue by their nature.
17. Changes and Notices
BLSFlow may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email, in-product notice, login-page notice, or another reasonable method if a change materially affects your rights or obligations. Where applicable law requires separate consent, the relevant change will be implemented only after valid consent is obtained.
18. General Terms
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a right immediately is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your account, rights, or obligations under these Terms without BLSFlow's written consent. BLSFlow may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or affiliate restructuring, subject to any notice required by law.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
